A special meeting tonight at the Brockton Police Department at 5pm by the City's Traffic Commission will meet about the possibility of lengthening the time the yellow flashing school lights are left on. The meeting was pushed earlier because of a Brockton middle school student who was hit by a car last month while in the cross walk but the yellow lights were off. The public is invited and asked to give input into this matter.
